By using the Noble platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the Platform.

Noble is an aggregator platform providing information about interior design services, furniture and lighting catalog, and art gallery. The Platform serves as a link between clients and partners (designers, artists, furniture suppliers).

3. Platform usage

When using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful information
  • Not violate intellectual property rights
  • Not use the Platform for illegal purposes
  • Not distribute malicious software
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems

4. Partner content

Content posted by partners on the Platform (images, product descriptions, portfolios) is their intellectual property. Noble is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by partners.

5. Liability

Noble provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service operation. We are not responsible for damage arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. All transactions between clients and partners are conducted directly, without Noble's participation.

6. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of publication on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after changes are made, you agree to the new terms.
